  • Pediatric pharmacy is a specialty focused on the treatment and care of babies (neonates), children, and adolescents up until the age of 18. Contrary to popular belief, children are not “little adults”. From infancy until adulthood, each stage of life and development presents it’s own challenges when it comes to common diseases, and how to treat them. Not one size fits all.

  • A pediatric pharmacist is a highly qualified professional who understands the challenges of managing medications and complex disease states, and takes each factor into consideration when helping choose appropriate treatment.
